We consistently support you during your use of our highly complex products. We regard it as important to provide rapid, targeted support throughout the entire product life cycle of our technologies – and that also goes for the former Transtechnik, PCS and FAGA brands.


On-site service

Prior to commiss- ioning we train your employees in handling our products, and provide active on-site support throughout the entire project phase. And if there are ever any problems with our equipment, we are there to help.

Spare parts

We hold spare parts for Knorr-Bremse PowerTech products according to our customers’ requirements. We also keep you informed of any plans to discontinue spare parts, and develop any new components you may require for your existing power converters.

Repair

Even Knorr-Bremse PowerTech power converters can occasionally develop a fault. If this does happen, it is important to make sure you do not suffer any losses as a result. This is why many of our modules are completely exchangeable, so that out-of-service times for your vehicles and equipment are kept to a minimum.

Upgrades

Rail vehicles in particular can continue in operation for 30 years or longer, and Knorr-Bremse has a reputation for providing aftermarket service throughout their entire life cycle. PowerTech provides proven technology that guarantees many years of operation.
